The Borough of St. Lawrence utilizes the Pennsylvania Office of Open Records Request Form, which can be obtained on the Borough’s website, in person, by fax, via e-mail, by U.S.P.S. mail or on the State’s Office of Open Records website.

Borough of St. Lawrence Ordinance #391 establishes the Open Records Policy of the Borough.  A copy of the Ordinance may be found on the Borough’s website.
